Congratulations on winning phillytomcat’s competition. Can’t wait to hear how that shaker works. You are doing great with your weight loss. I find mine follows the same pattern. When I have a big loss week, the next week my body rests and I will only lose around one or even less pounds.
@MrsSkinnyBritches2B As you may have guessed I love colour in my clothes, life has to be bright and cheerful lol. Yes, I put ME first and have had no choice in the exercise stakes but hey I am so excited for you – tomorrow is the big day : )
@AwesomeForever Yes I too could take B12 but want to get this sorted with my GP first as then I get all the proper checks. I just needed to know the basis for taking it etc and now I have that sorted I feel in a better position to ‘teach’ him. I am his first bariatric patient and he is pretty young so will ‘catch’ him young and try to educate him on all things bariatric lol
Christine, so sorry you have to deal with the vertigo. Take care of yourself. You look very pretty in your coral top and I love the necklace… bright and cheery! Ease back in to your exercise and continue to be good to YOU.
Thanks for the information on the supplement B12. I consistently take it sublinqual in liquid or tablets.
Linda
@tryshh Thank you I am doing my best lol. My hospital recommend b12 injections every 6 months for life! Must admit I shall be interested to see if I feel any different after mine : )
Ty for the info Christine, great job….you are doing so well, proud of you g/f! How often does one need to get the B12 shots?
@phillytomcat Thanks Tom, and no the vertigo is not fun but getting there. Have not done much of anything this week let alone exercise but will get going again soon as I am missing moving! : )
@ShrinkingSusieQ Yes take all my other vits and minerals but have been having reluctance about b12 but now I know my ground I will get them! : )
@cabernetqueen Thank you thank you lol Oh you would hate vertigo, no choice just have to lie still in bed, even blinking makes one spin. Thank goodness I am feeling a lot better! Will be argueing out my case fro b12 when my gp returns but I SHALL WIN lol
LOVE that necklace! -and that coral color! beautiful! I have poor balance some days at the gym– when I am not hydrated enough usually. what causes vertigo? we don’t do b12 injections here as a matter of course. but i take my sublinguals! you are an awesome person to have speak to group- so calm! so assured.
Your Dr. is correct about the B12. That’s why I get frustrated when people stop taking their vitamins and say that their labs came out fine. Our bodies store many essential vitamins and minerals so you may not know you are deficient until it’s too late. It’s very hard to get levels back up once they crash. That’s why it’s so good to track your labs. That way you can see trends before something falls below normal. Most Dr’s won’t look at trends. BTW, you can also take B12 sublingual.
O my , sorry you have vertigo m that is bad ! I do hope you feel better..
So glad you got the shaker, it really’s work’s , LOL , I was surprised , I like that better then my hand weight’s cause I feel the effect faster like you did and now I can use it longer with out hurting so bad, funny how those muscles don’t get used like that LOL .. Take care..
