I’m glad it’s working for you. I suffer from chronic fatigue and I know exactly how you must have been feeling. Good luck!

Why are ME suffers lacking B12?, I have to take B12 injections as I have coeliac disease. I now also have ME. If you are lacking B12 maybe you need to get checked out to see if you have a gluten intolerence which could be the reason why you are not absorbing B vitamins x

what is the dosage you take daily???

B12 + Glutathione + Ozone Therapy (or 35% hydrogen peroxide or 60-80% oxygen stabilized water) + Vitamin C or Antioxidant = Aerobic Metabolism effect.

Oxidative stress is the real cause and effect of these conditions the truth has been suppressed and we’ve suffered because ozone therapy in the U.S. has been suppressed by the FDA.

This is the missing component with your protocol for self-healing that will make your immune system powerful and energy levels skyrocket. I have fibro and my condition is almost gone i went the unconventional path. You do not need any pharmaceuticals a lot are designed to weaken the immune system or the gut intestinal tract which is counterproductive. Avoid prozac or paxil at all costs. There was a fibro sufferer who got rid of his condition through ozone therapy which led me onto this path.

I’ve had injections every 6 weeks for 4 years now and I went from nog being able to walk to a very fit strong woman. My thinking has improved as well and my patience has grown.

I take sublingual b-12. I am in no way connected to this company. But Tri-VITA B-12 has been the most significant help for me. As shot are a pain, and more expensive. I suggest anyone who is interested in seeing if B-12 helps the symptoms to look up the company Google TRI-VITA and try it.

Thanx for the vid. I heard about B12 injections a few years ago but when I went 2 my GP I hit a brick wall, without even hearing me out he dismissed it. I’ve heard about the doc ur talking about and after watching this vid I’m a lot more positive about approaching the B12 route.
Hope your condition improves. xx

I hope you feel better, I have to take b 12 injections monthly and 325 mg of iron for the rest of my life.. I have pernicous anemia..

I love my b -12, it makes me feel so much better..

leslielounge December 20, 2008 at 4:48 pm

I take b -12 for pernicious anemia – which most people take it for… B -12 and 325 mg of iron… iron I take daily and the B- 12 does help me with my energy levels.. I get very weak without it.. I take my monthly injection which I hate.. I inject into my upper thigh and rotate the injection sites to avoid getting an infection or sticking a vein.. I am happy the b -12 helps you… I would never take it, if I had a choice…..

Hi, it’s been a few months since you made this vid on b12, I was just wondering how you’re getting on? Did the good effects last? Has your condition changed at all since then? I’ve looked up Dr Myhill, you’re right, she’s pretty good.

wvlavender December 20, 2008 at 5:25 pm

b12 will help make good days better, it doesn’t cure I also take ashwagonha (spelling), it helps too, yet the bad days still happen.

neelubird December 20, 2008 at 5:28 pm

Someone on the ff forum said some people with ME have sufferred relapses after taking vitamin B12. I don’t know the specifics or details but just thought you should know there seems to be some controversy surrounding it.

sherrieleeds December 20, 2008 at 5:34 pm

I have a vitamin all in one complete supplement containing b12 then water soluable vitamin c drink followed by water soluable mineral drink, then I have 1/2 ml b12 injected into my muscle daily. Try looking at Dr S Myhills website for more information on advice and treatments, its very good for a number of conditions not just ME, let me know how you get on

hugs

Sherrie

Thanks for mentioning it. Also take note as to whether any of your other symptoms change as well. I thought I was blessed when colonics treatments got rid of my IBS symptoms but over the months colonics have made me physically much weaker than I used to be. Is it worth people trying B12 supplements or does it have to be injected?

TheTubenators December 20, 2008 at 6:49 pm

yeah b12 is good stuff
