@mamaclok I just assumed because you went from 333iu to 150iu that your body wasnt gonna take the actions it did at a lower dosage. Injections arent for everyone and affects them in different ways. At least you know now. Cool Beans
@Valleboi07 Went down in dosage? This was the first time I injected…and there is no way one should inject as much as you dose for sublingual. I injected 150 IU’s which is what delmem and lots of others do…then one day I tried going up a little but still didnt do the job. I never injected in the same spot everytime either.
Sublingual is perfect for me.
@pattimacmac47 Youre welcome. I have personally done it after learning it from Delmem. Ive documented it on youtube but I acct was hacked a year ago and so I lost all my videos. And yes only a palm full. Dont over due. I actually used to take a hand full everyday and never stalled. Delmem is that man when it comes to info. Check him out. I know this is late. But could it be possible why you are experiencing these hunger and other things because you went down in dosage? Also I find if you inject in the same spot everytime, that you wont get that pinch.

can you explain the process of the hcg diet cause the lingo I don’t understand. loading days? process stage 1-3 and what you do after the 40 days? when do you stop taking the hcg and when does the diet end?
@AiluMaiden Yes-I did test the hcg-and it was positive. I said that in the video after this one. It was definately the dosage.
Did you ever test the HCG with a pregnancy test? Seriously, sounds like you might have gotten a counterfeit, lots of that going on these days. I always test mine before starting – got a bad one once, and didn’t order from that pharmacy again because of it.
So what are you referring to when you talk to macadamia nuts? Haven’t seen that in any version of the protocol…

@GLUVSR4EVER When you do sublingual you take about double the amount than you do with injections. Most people do 125-175 iu’s for injections…so I expected it to work.
166 IU’S twice aday equals to 332 I.U’S A DAY…AND YOU ONLY SHOT UP 200 I.U’S, WHAT DID YOU EXPECT.

i am getting ready to start hcg. it shipped yesturday. just curious…how long have you done the hcg diet? has it been easy to maintain? does the 166 iu 2x daily include the hcg mixed witht he b12 and colloidal silver? sry so many questions?

@mawbell3 i ordered it premixed and I received b-12, weight suppressant drops ( I didn’t need them today
I premade all of my protein and some veggies ( e.g cabbage marinated tomatoes w/ basil balsmic vinegar etc.). Today was a great day! I wasn’t exhausted but my feet hurt because I have prepped enough food for at least two weeks! I also make sure I drink lots and lots of water and I also might add I take potassium capsules& calcium magnesium, I am waiting on my organic vitamins. Best 2 U!
