If you look at the ingredients individually ie. B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, Methionine, Inositol, and Choline (this is what I use at my clinic) they are the raw ingredients or foundation for helping the body convert carbs and process fats (there are plenty of other healthy properties). Being a pharmacist, can you share where I could get the injections for cheaper? Most Doctors like to charge 150 per shot or vival when it cost them less than $20 a bottle.
@Zeddy100 I agree that it wont hurt you physically, although it can hurt your wallet. The thing is there is no good evidence that it increases the amount of fat/calories the body will utilize in a day. So my question is HOW does getting high amounts of B12 (injections or pills) increase fat/calorie expenditure?
@MrSPEED0106 Mate I know there isn’t much info out there as I have looked hard, but I have lost a substantial amount of weight on B12 & Folic injections but it was with a diet. i have dieted alone in the past and the results were not nearly as dramatic. I understand your sceptiscism (especially considering the lack of scientific evidence) but B12 won’t hurt you in any amount.15 kilograms in 3 weeks. I think that’s about 33 pounds or so.
